I am a psychodynamic therapist who has been working in the mental health field for over a decade.  I believe  that effective therapy involves empathy, honesty, and humor. 

I have worked in community mental health, residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and medical settings prior to transitioning to private practice. 

My goal with clients is to create a supportive space where we can identify barriers to living authentic, full, and happy lives. There are blocks that come up in daily life which can impact inner peace - together we can explore those and build new, healthy responses.

I have training in many areas of mental health, and strive to tailor appropriate interventions for each individual’s needs and treatment plan. I work with each client’s strengths in order to facilitate lasting change. 

I also have advanced  training in perinatal mental health. I have a passion for helping birthing parents conquer feelings of fear, anxiety, and depression.
