Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it.

I work with adults of all ages and pull from a strengths-based perspective to help people live their best lives. Sessions are 50 minutes with frequency based on individual treatment plans. 

I am not in-network with any insurance at this time. I am able to provide you with a “super bill” which you may submit to your insurance to see if they offer reimbursements for out-of-network services.

 Fees are $150 for a clinical hour (50 minutes). Payment is due at the time of service.
